The hotel was a super base for enjoying an entertainment area, so close to the 26 bus stops right outside the door, the sea front and the Resturant. The room was spacious and just what we needed, very professional staff. The location was comfortable, relatively near Longniddry Bents🙂

The check-in process was quick and easy, allowing us to settle in and start enjoying our romantic escape right away. The caravan was clean and spacious, providing us with plenty of room to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the fact that tea bags were provided, giving us the perfect opportunity to enjoy a cuppa together.
On arrival, we had difficulties locating the key for the caravan, and the wrong caravan number and PIN number were provided. The staff at the reception were not particularly helpful in resolving these issues, causing unnecessary frustration after a long journey.
